Famous Mosaic Effect - Guest Tutorial

The double underlined links (or in-line text advertising) can be very annoying while reading an article or tutorial but it’s a great additional revenue stream for my site. People whom register an account and login won’t be bothered with these ads.

This is how you make that mosaic pattern that everyone likes. Below is the end result we will be making with this Adobe Photoshop tutorial:
Step 1:
Open an image of your choice.
Step 2:
Duplicate it and go to Filter/Pixelate/Mosaic and use these settings
Step 3:
Then sharpen 3 times.
Step 4:
Set the blending mode to Screen and set the opacity to around 50-60 ish, to merge the two layers.
I hope you all like the new version's redesign, the new features and what not. There are still some minor bugs those need fixing but I'll get on that in the very near future.
