Step 5:

This next part is optional...but it helps blend the image a little better.

Duplicate the image and Gaussian Blur that one with a setting of 8, then press ctrl+L and change the imput settings to 0, 1.00, 148

Step 6:

Lower the opacity of that layer to around 40 and merge them.

Hello m8, what up? I'm writing a new text effect tutorial, this one explains how to use the "warp text" function to your advantage which creates very nice depth and a realistic feel to it. It's almost as if the text was created with Cinema4D or 3DSMax
