Make foreground color black. Then add some extra brushing on a new layer on top of every other layer, don't forget to select the plate so you won't have to delete the outer parts later. Change the Layer blend mode to overlay and opacity to 49%.
And that leaves us with the finished result of this photoshop tutorial. You can imagine this can be so much more tweaked, have fun!
