Metal Plate Tutorial

Now we're almost done with our metal plate. Make a new layer called "Metal plate". And go to > Image > Apply image, press OK. Now bring up the levels menu for this layer by going to > Image > Adjustments > Levels, and change the inputs to: 32, 0.80, 255.
Change the layer's opacity to 67%.
Step 11:
Our blood spatter is a bit to dark now, we should really lower the opacity a bit. So change the opacity of the layer "Blood spatters" to 16%.
