Make from a real photo a nice looking drawing Tutorial

Intro:
This photoshop tutorial will show you on how to make a photo look like a real drawing! And give it a signature.
Download the image I'm using here.
Step 1:
Open up the image, unlock it by doubleclicking it in the layers window, I resized the image to 600 width and with constrain proportions on. (shortcut: Image > Image size)
First we have to desaturate the image to make it black and white, Do this by pressing ctrl+shit+U.
Step 2:
Now we go to the filter that does the job 
, Go to Filter > Distort > Diffuse Glow and use these settings:
Grainness: 4
Glow amount: 2
Clear amount: 13
This gives the photo a more pixellook, the effect you get when you can draw really really good. Just have a look at this link, these drawing is totally handmade.
Now as an addition to this tutorial you can make a signature, I used the font Angelina which you can download from dafont.com.
