3D Text with Glow Animation Tutorial
As a registered user you can publish your own tutorials on this site, these tutorials will be published as so called Guest tutorials. You will remain the author of a guest tutorial, to show this your firstname/nickname and a back-link to your own site will be posted on the specific tutorial page. Your site-name will be used for the link text. Register an account and start publishing your tutorials!
Step 5:
To transfer the PSD into imageready click file > edit in imageready (Shift+ctrl+M).
Now hide the top text layer the layer BELOW the GLOW layer, then select the glow layer.
Activate the animation window (window > Animation). Then click this icon to duplicate the current frame.

Hide the glow layer on this frame and Unhide the top text layer we hide earlier.
Now click the tween icon shown below,

and use these settings,

If you play the animation now by clicking the play button (doh), you can see that at the end it starts over again and isn't smooth, so everyone can see where the animation begins, ofcourse we don't want that and going to fix this by reversing what we just did.
Step 6:
Duplicate the last frame in the animation window TWICE! (frame #22), then Hide the top text layer and unhide the glow layer.
Click the tween icon again and use the same settings as before (just hit enter the program saves your last used info).
Then play the animation again and you'll see that the animation has a smooth transaction now.
We have to save the file now, File > Save optimized as ... And save it in a findable location
