3D Bulge Text Effect Tutorial
As a registered user you can publish your own tutorials on this site, these tutorials will be published as so called Guest tutorials. Step 10:
Now we're really going to make the final touches of this text effect, it'll come to life real good, watch! Make a new layer on top of everything and go to Image > Apply Image to copy every layer we've made onto the newly created layer. Then give it a gaussian blur by going to Filter > Blur > Gaussian blur and give it a 5.2 pixel radius.
We're not done yet with this step, it was just the beginning! Go to Filter > Artistic > Plastic Wrap, and change the settings to:
Press OK
Now that looks a bit weird huh, well with a simple layer move we're going to turn it around completely. So Move this layer BELOW all your text layers but keep it on top of your original background. The layer we just made functions as our new background layer.
Now with ONLY moving this layer it will look like this:
We can say we're done with this step now 
Step 11:
The last thing we have to do is sharpen everything, it will give us a far more better result then we have going now. Make a new layer on top of everything and "Apply image" (Image > Apply Image), then go to Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen.
And we're finished with this awesome 3D text effect!
