Sleek Menu bar tutorial

It's been a while since I've updated the Photoshop tutorials section, it was REALLY necessary to come with a new tutorial. Had quite a list in my to-do list of tutorials and saw a note that I never did a a neat menu bar tutorial. I think the outcome of the tutorial is pretty awesome and hope you feel the same way, if not, whatever .
