Welcome to version 7 of Celoxdesign.net, I've been beta testing this design for a while and I think it came out pretty good (Pronounce as Larry David=)). For version 7 I wanted a professional and clean look, and since this is my first CSS based design I'd like some feedback on how to improve my future CSS based designs.
You'll probably think what are those birds doing in space flying away from the earth? I thought the same thing but those are space birds, whom had enough of the earth and stole my company's name from my front door and replaced it in space.
Every single page has it's own marker so you know on which page you are when coming from a search engine, it's the left top content box which says "Welcomes word" on this page since it's the index where the news is showed. It will show the name of the page and in the box it gives you an explanation on what the page has to offer you.
For the rest I made some changes to the coding which are all visible to all users, such as the shout-box and contact forms. I made it more user friendly so people will enjoy more posting to the site.
The forum isn't rebuild yet to the version 7 design, this will soon be completed and be launched. I hope you enjoy this new version and all feedback is welcome! You can drop them off in the shout-box / forum / or contact form.

I forgot all about it to add a new Site of the month for this month September. This site of the month is Totaltutorials.com, the reason I choose this site is because recently I added some of my tutorials and they approved and added them to the site in a day to a few days! That's extremely fast for a tutorial index I must say. The hits aren't as great as on good-tutorials.com, but that's not the reason I added it. Another reason is that it has a great clean overall look, keep it up TT!
Also, I tightened up the Add a message forms in the shout-box, the reason for this is I needed some room for an extra picture to promote the forum.
A few weeks ago I started writing tutorials again and I'm totally hooked again, I don't know what happened before but I just wouldn't make any photoshop tutorials for some reason. The first tutorial I've written was written yesterday and will guide you through on how to re size a lot of photos or screenshots at once, this can easily be done with Adobe bridge and Adobe photoshop's Image processor. You can also bind actions to the image processor which opens up a lot of possibilities, such as binding an effect to it, or flipping an images 90 degrees CCW. The last example is very handy if you have a lot of pictures shot sideways which my brother did on his holiday
This will speed up the whole imaging process enormously!

The other photoshop tutorial will show you how to make an animated avatar using a series of screenshots from Quake4's Single player. It should give you a good idea on how to animate separate screenshots together.

The second subject in this news post is about Quake4 also, I released a slide show of screenshots of the transformation you get when you're taken by the Stroggs and send to there medical facility, I show you how you get taken, the full transformation in the medical facility and the rescue of your buddies to continue saving the world

The Alexa rank of Celoxdesign was majorly increased this week, the old Alexa rank was 475,546 or something near that and the new rank 350,093 so that's an increase of more then 100,000 which is pretty amazing for a 1 man site.
Also I released a new photoshop CS2 tutorial, this tutorial is about the indented shadow effect, it will guide you through the effect in 6 easy to follow steps, have fun.

The page had a major bug in the header I noticed today when checking something with Internet explorer, of course normally I use FireFox. The bug: The header stretched out of the screen, also the AdSense box beneath it but that's the same table, made some changes to the table and all is fine now in Internet explorer!

I recently bought a tool to translate my sites and it works so well that I'm going to start promoting it. This tool translates your page from English into 9 different languages (English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Arabic).
The tool is very easy to install, it will only take you a couple of minutes, just upload it, add the code that it will give you to your site, and all pages linked to the main page will be automatically translated if you follow the links. It also makes cache files of all your translated pages to speed things up on next visitors that need the translated pages.
On Translationgold.com is a lot more info and also people giving thoughts about the tool. Need a good example of how it will look? Just go to the left side menu and click on any translation.
Below is a screenshot of the last 20 search queries of Celoxdesign.net, that will give you a hint of what it can do with your total visits a day! As you can see I already get hits in different language in 2 weeks, Yes I got Translationgold for 2 weeks on my site and already recieve hits from google.
The beauty of it is that for these search queries its ALOT easier to rank compared to english, since not many sites contain these words.

The value of celoxdesign.net is $1020,- but that won't matter since I'll never sell this domain unless I can sell it for $1.000.000,-
Note: I don't know if this site is trusted or not so don't make your domain sale on this site, maybe you know the site already but I didn't so that's why I'm warning you.
As you may have noticed another side menu is added on the left panel, this menu is to translate all my pages in 9 different languages, so 10 in total being English the default language, check out the different languages, it works like a charm! Only the Arabic language doesn't work well with this layout because it switches the layout making the site look like a tad different.
I'm already getting search results for the other languages, since in those languages its much easier to rank for in search engines compared with English since there are A LOT more English sites. Hopefully this gives you some idea on what to do with your site.

Hey,

Bugs in Internet explorer
